Finished: Hierotek Circle

 

December passes in a bit of rush and I have a lot of stuff to attend to, but I have finally managed to finish this Kill Team. I have assembled the models as soon as I got the box (It was 2022 or early 2023 I think), but they have waited for me to establish the colours for my Dynasty, and here we have it! Even though it's not visible on the photo, the construct on which the Crypted rides lost one leg as some point and I have not yet find it. I have one place lef to change and if I don't find it there, I'll search for some printable replacement or leave it as "battle damage". Either way, I'm happy with how the models turned out. The ruddy terracotta effect was achieved following a tutorial from Mediocre Hobbies.

The Scheme

1. Black primer
2. Leadbelcher drybrush all over
3. Grey Seer on the elements that will be "terracotta"
4. Gore-grunta Fur on the terracotta elements
5. Ryza Rust heavy drybrush on the terracotta elements
6. Ivory light drybrush on the terracotta elements
7. Black Legion on the weapons
8. Basilicanum Grey oin the "internal" skeleton elements
9. Runefang Steel drybrush on all the metal elements
10. Black on the melee energy weapons
11. White drybrush on the energy weapons, white on all the elements that will be green
12. Shamrock Green on the glowing green bits and melee energy weapons
13. Gunner Camo on the crystals
14. Runelord Brass on all the dynasty symbols and every bit that is supposed to be an ornament
15. Strong Tone on the brass elements

Hobby Summary: November 2025

This month the summary comes with quite a big delay. I had quite a lot stuff to attend to, so we end up with a November summary that is late by around 6 days. Could be worse, especially that November itself was quite a good month in terms of hobby related stuff, meaning that I have painted quite a lot of miniatures, including finally some big beasties! I have also made an Instragram account as a place to post photos of miniatures (including WIPs) and possibly to get to more people!
